Recipes

These are some of the recipes I’ve used/liked in my cooking adventures, some with a little modification added to improve them :P

Some are legacies of my grandparents, others snippets from the paper or blog posts. Some are even in different languages! (If you want a recipe translated to English let me know, I”ll see what I can do) Either way, hope you enjoy and if you have any suggestions feel free to comment!

N.B.
Salt retards the growth of yeast, sugar accelerates it.
Most recipes always say put a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar in. All this does is add a flavour at the end, as the two effectively cancel each other out.
Generally the salt can be left out, while if in a colder working area the sugar will help to activate the yeast. Depending on your situation, you may even want to leave both out.

I do not claim ownership of these recipes (if they’re copyrighted or whatever), merely am placing them here for myself and others to enjoy. If any recipe on here causes any issue feel free to contact me.
