Spätzle
- 1Kg plain flour
- 4-5 large eggs
- water as needed
- pinch of salt
Mix flour, eggs and add water till batter is thick but flowing, and lump free. Using Spätzle-press, squeeze into bot of boiling water and let cook for 1-2 minutes. Scoop out and drain.
